Job Description

  • Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Promote company products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
  • Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product awareness activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business growth.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

  • Graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri or equivalent).
  • Experience in agrochemical sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to

    travel extensively.

  • Preferably local to region
