Licensing & liasoning: Timely application for various licences and its renewal viz Insecticide licences, Fertiliser licences, Manufacturing licences, coordination/liaise with sales/C&F team, follow up, collation of documents, Maintaining and tracking status of various licences. 4. The role will focus on leveraging digital platforms, precision marketing tools, and agri-tech solutions to reach farmers, distributors, and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives for crop protection, Crop nutrition, and bio-solutions. Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, regional apps, agri-portals). Drive brand awareness, product education, and lead generation through digital platforms. 2. Farmer & Channel Engagement Design farmer-centric digital campaigns in local languages, including video content, WhatsApp automation, and chatbot-based advisory. Strengthen retailer/distributor engagement through digital loyalty programs, webinars, and e-learning platforms. Manage digital communities (farmer apps, social groups) for product knowledge sharing. 3. Content & Communication Oversee creation of multilingual content videos, infographics, podcasts, blogs, and farmer testimonials. Collaborate with agronomists and R&D teams to develop crop-wise digital advisories. Ensure messaging is compliant with agrochemical regulatory guidelines. Website development, management, and content management 4. Performance & Analytics Track, analyze, and optimise campaign performance (CTR, CPC, engagement, conversion). Manage marketing automation tools, CRM dashboards, and farmer data analytics. Provide insights on farmer behaviour, channel adoption, and campaign ROI. 5. Digital Tools & Innovation Drive adoption of precision n marketing, geo-targeting, and digital advisory platforms. Partner with AgriTech platforms, marketplaces, and Kisan apps for outreach. Explore AI/ML-based digital farming tools for advisory and farmer support. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO (search engine optimisation) /SEM (Search engine marketing) , social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce / inhouse apps/platforms). Experience in rural/agri marketing and farmer engagement preferred. Ability to create multilingual campaigns for rural India. Strong project management, creativity, and stakeholder coordination. Strong coordination with field marketing, sales, product management, marketing communication and other stakeholders Understanding of agrochemical industry, crop cycles, and farmer needs (added advantage). Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Agri-Business, or related field. 37 years of experience in digital marketing; agri-input/agribusiness experience preferred. Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, and Marketing Automation tools are desirable. KPIs / Success Metrics Digital lead generation & farmer registrations.
