Job Description

As an Account Manager in an Advertising Agency, she/he will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for our clients. Ideating and creating a compelling brand story, ensuring that the brand's presence is consistent with the brand’s DNA and strategy. Shaping brands, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. This profile is one of the most important roles in an Advertising agency, which builds a strong bond between a client and an agency. Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing a strong professional relationship built on trust and open communication.
  • Understand clients' business goals, industry dynamics, and marketing objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.


Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
  • Collaborate with the creative and media planning teams to develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with clients' objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports to clients, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, account executives, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer professional development opportunities to team members.


Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
  • Monitor project costs, invoicing, and payments, coordinating with the finance department as needed.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of various advertising channels and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for client management and reporting.
