Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive brand strategy, equity, and consumer positioning across categories
• Lead brand campaigns from ideation to execution—including ATL, BTL, and digital
• Conduct and act upon market research, brand health studies, and consumer insights
• Develop product GTM frameworks in collaboration with category and product teams
• Partner with creative, media, and research agencies to ensure brand consistency
• Track ROI of campaigns and ensure strong brand recall and spontaneous awareness scores
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
• Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
• Monitor market and consumer trends
• Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Must haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
• 8-10 years of brand management or marketing experience
