Company Description Polycab is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling wires and cables and fast-moving electrical goods ‘FMEG’ under the ‘POLYCAB’ brand. Apart from wires and cables, we manufacture and sell FMEG products such as electric fans, LED lighting and luminaires, switches and switchgear, solar products and conduits & accessories. Role Description This role will work closely with B2C BD program design head to drive loyalty programs for influencers. The responsibilities will span across influencer strategy, customer insights, program implementation and driving adoption. Key stakeholders will include the internal digital team, procurement, finance, marketing and sales. External stakeholder management will involve working closely with customer care center, merchandise vendors and vendors managing loyalty application development Qualifications Attitude: Self-starter, proactive attitude. Readiness to lead the communication of offers and program with frontline teams on a frequent basis. Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a B2C organization. Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, or related is preferred Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills Market Research and Analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Show more Show less
