                                As a Brand Manager at Dechcept, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:  - Acting as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. - Managing and coordinating the internal marketing team, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality branding campaigns. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies. - Ensuring brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing channels. - Overseeing the development of brand guidelines, marketing materials, and campaign assets. - Collaborating with sales and business development teams to align branding efforts with revenue goals. - Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Handling crisis management and brand reputation strategies when needed.  In addition to the above responsibilities, you will collaborate with the Manager, Client Services, on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client. You will also be involved in generating and driving insights for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiences. Other job requirements include leading research initiatives, seeking new opportunities to add value to existing clients, creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness, and ensuring a strong brand presence in online and offline channels.
