Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy & Identity

    :
  • Formulate and execute a unified brand strategy that aligns with JGC’s business objectives and emphasizes its mission in the kids’ fashion and lifestyle sector.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms, including event materials, digital channels, and marketing collateral.


  • Digital Media Management

    :
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement for JGC events and initiatives.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to align brand positioning with digital objectives, such as increasing traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).


  • Social Media Strategy

    :
  • Manage JGC’s brand presence on key social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and others relevant to the kids’ fashion industry.
  • Develop engaging content calendars, monitor performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, and follower growth), and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to keep JGC’s content relevant and impactful.


  • Public Relations (PR)

    :
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance JGC’s visibility.
  • Monitor media coverage, manage brand reputation, and address any PR challenges to maintain a positive public image.
  • Coordinate press releases and media kits for events like Juniors Fashion Week to maximize exposure.


  • Collaboration & Communication

    :
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, talent management, and event coordination, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all initiatives.
  • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to uphold brand consistency in creative outputs and event executions.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring alignment with JGC’s vision in all communications and partnerships.

  • Analysis & Reporting

    :
  • Track and analyze brand health metrics, digital campaign performance, and social media KPIs to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, audience engagement, and brand perception for stakeholders.
