Job Description

TIDA Sports is one of India’s fastest-growing sports companies, building grassroots programs and world-class academies to transform how children experience sports. With 200+ academies across the country, we aim to create a generation of healthier, confident, and more disciplined individuals through sports education and training.

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who can tell our story, build strong narratives, drive user-generated content, and lead innovative sports marketing initiatives to strengthen the TIDA Sports brand and fuel sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Storytelling & Positioning

Capture and communicate powerful stories from our academies, coaches, athletes, and parents.

Build campaigns that highlight transformation journeys of kids in sports.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels (social, print, digital, on-ground).

Content & UGC Strategy

Drive user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to engage parents, students, and coaches.

Develop creative briefs for videos, reels, testimonials, and social media stories.

Work with in-house/external teams to create compelling multimedia assets.

Sports Marketing & Campaigns

Plan and execute sports-driven marketing campaigns to increase enrollments across 200+ academies.

Leverage partnerships, school activations, and league events (like TIDA Premier League) to boost visibility.

Create unique challenges, contests, and engagement programs for parents and students.

Sales-Driven Marketing

Align brand campaigns with lead generation and enrollment goals.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure messaging converts into sign-ups.

Track ROI on campaigns and optimize for conversions.

Community Building

Strengthen parent and student community engagement online and offline.

Develop referral programs and loyalty initiatives for academy families.

Data & Insights

Monitor brand performance, social metrics, and campaign impact.

Use insights to shape new initiatives and refine brand strategy.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in sports, edtech, fitness, or youth-centric sectors.

Strong skills in storytelling, content marketing, and digital campaigns.

Experience with UGC campaigns and influencer/parent-community activations.

Hands-on with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Ability to balance brand building with sales-driven marketing.

Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns at scale.

Passion for sports and youth development (a must).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
