Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Media Strategist to join our consultancy team. As a Strategist, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the evolving landscape of media, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media transformation strategies and a proven track record in advising clients on optimizing their media presence. Knowledge of BARC, IRS,MAP & TGI Software's is must. Media Campaign Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current media strategies and identify opportunities for transformation. Ability to build TV plans for given brand objectives which includes selection of Genre & Channels based on Reach, Share, Affinity, Clutter & Stickiness. Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting in the post flight stage. Presenting the Pre & Post Campaign Analysis in the form of a Deck on both planning & buying parameters. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations. Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored media transformation strategies. Provide expert advice on optimizing media mix, channels, and platforms to achieve maximum impact. Digital Integration: Advise clients on integrating digital media seamlessly into their overall marketing and business strategies. Explore opportunities for innovative digital media solutions and technologies to enhance client performance. Data-Driven Insights: BARC, IRS, MAP & TGI, Google Ad- words, Google analytics Utilize data analytics to provide insights into media performance and ROI. Work closely with clients to implement data-driven decision-making processes for continuous improvement. Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of media transformation initiatives. Regularly assess and report on the performance of media strategies, making adjustments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in media planning, buying or a similar strategic advisory role. In-depth knowledge of media transformation strategies, digital media, and emerging technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
