Growth Manager

Role & Responsibilities

🎯 Own weekly, monthly & quarterly sales growth targets (50–100% scale-ups)
📊 Track performance daily/weekly, spot gaps early, and implement corrective actions
💡 Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance
📝 Build and maintain growth dashboards for visibility and accountability
🤝 Coordinate with marketing, ops, design, and finance to execute growth plans
🔗 Manage external platform POCs and vendors
🚀 Unlock new growth channels (marketplaces, partnerships, collaborations)
🛒 Drive marketplace initiatives like ads, placements, merchandising
💬 Negotiate discounts, rebates, and commercial terms
⚡ Make quick, high-quality decisions and take accountability for results
🗣 Provide clear updates to founders/leads

🛍 Experience with D2C sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
