About the Role

Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product & Category Management

Lead GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy and execution for new product launches – messaging, bundling, training, and readiness across channels.

Identify 2–3 key SKUs per month (hero or underperforming) and drive push campaigns across digital and retail platforms.

Maintain the product knowledge bank – including USPs, claims, actives, rituals, concerns, and training materials.


Retail & Marketplace Alignment

Partner with Sales & RX teams to develop marketing collaterals – decks, standees, shelf-talkers, tester guides.

Own marketplace content: PDPs, SEO, A+ pages – ensuring alignment with monthly push plans and campaigns.

Strategize liquidation and bundling tactics with retail & e-commerce teams.


Campaigns & Brand Content

Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns (e.g. "Just Growth. No Cap") across web, social, retail, and ads.

Craft compelling content for packaging, combos, product rituals, influencer briefs, and brand advocate (BA) training.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity.


Social Media & Community Building

Plan and oversee the monthly Instagram grid — from product pushes to brand storytelling.

Write captions, develop reel scripts, brief the founder, and ensure visual tone consistency.

Monitor community feedback — DMs, comments, and insights — to guide communication strategies.


Retention & CRM

Develop and write CRM communication flows — including welcome sequences, post-purchase rituals, and refill nudges.

Collaborate with performance and CRM teams to drive audience segmentation and targeted messaging.

Integrate campaign objectives with retention flows to improve LTV and ROI.


What You’ll Bring

6–8 years of experience in a brand/category/content role in a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand.

Proven track record of leading GTM strategies and executing high-performing campaigns.

Ability to convert product features into sharp consumer messaging and creative bundles.

Hands-on expertise with writing, positioning, content briefs, decks, and storytelling.

Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, CRM, and social media touchpoints.

A balance of creativity and structure – imaginative thinker with attention to detail.
