  • About the Role:-

    We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager with experience in the FMCG sector who understands what makes consumers tick. This role blends storytelling with performance, strategy with empathy, and innovation with consistency. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for crafting meaningful content that resonates with everyday consumers, builds trust, drives engagement, and ultimately fuels brand love and product preference across digital and offline platforms.


Key Responsibilities :-

• Consumer-Centric Storytelling: Create and oversee compelling narratives for different stages of the consumer journey awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty.

• Content Creation & Supervision: Guide the development of high-quality content across formats—social media, video, blogs, website, product pages, packaging copy, email, influencer scripts, etc.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with brand, digital, design, and performance teams to support ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns with relevant, engaging content.

• Influencer & Community Collaboration: Work with influencer marketing and community teams to co-create content with real people and advocates who reflect our audience.

• SEO & Performance Alignment: Ensure content is optimized for organic reach and conversion, using keyword strategies, insights, and analytics.

• Consumer Insight Integration: Stay deeply connected to audience behaviour, trends, feedback, and FMCG market shifts to tailor relevant messaging and formats.

• Content Calendar & Governance: Own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery, consistency in tone, brand voice, and visual identity.


• 4– 6years of content marketing experience with at least 2 years in FMCG or consumer-focused categories. • Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of brand tone and positioning.

• Experience managing content across channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, e-commerce platforms, PR Content, brand websites).

• Understanding of consumer journey mapping, personas, and insight-driven content planning. • Hands-on experience with content management systems, creative tools, and analytics platforms.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external creators, freelancers, and agencies.
