We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Lead to own Prosperr.io’s brand voice, visual identity, and narrative across all organic channels. This role will lead a cross-functional team of content creators, designers, social media specialists, and PR partners to build a magnetic and differentiated brand in the fintech and tax-tech space.
- Own the brand playbook and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints (website, social, product, press).
- Drive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business goals and brand archetypes (Sage + Hero).
- Supervise creation of high-performing static and video assets for organic social, blogs, email, and media.
- Oversee organic growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube through story-led, insight-driven social content.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies and journalists; secure regular media coverage and thought leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the performance, CRM, and product marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Track brand health KPIs: share of voice, recall, sentiment, and content engagement.
- Brand recall and top-of-mind awareness among salaried professionals and CFOs.
- High engagement rates on organic content and social channels.
- Consistent delivery of on-brand static and video assets across campaigns.
- Positive media coverage and regular thought leadership placements.
- Cohesive content across lifecycle stages and audience segments.
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, content, or communication roles (preferably in a high-growth D2C or fintech company).
- Strong creative instincts with a portfolio of brand campaigns or content/editorial work.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual aesthetics, and social-first content formats.
- Experience managing content writers, designers, and external PR partners.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Passion for financial empowerment and making complex topics simple and human.
- Shape the identity of a category-defining brand at an early stage.
