Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand and Marketing Manager to join the Agratas team. This position will play a pivotal role in refining and executing our global brand and marketing strategy, enhancing brand equity, driving digital engagement, ensuring consistent brand messaging across markets and leading strategic marketing initiatives that support our commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and delivering successful events and initiatives that position Agratas as a leader in energy and mobility solutions. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, the role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the company’s market position and deliver measurable results across global channels.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Refine, implement, and manage a global brand strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all markets.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and promote key events, trade shows, and stakeholder engagements, overseeing booth setup, brand presence, and on-ground execution to ensure maximum visibility and alignment with Agratas’ brand strategy.
  • Drive and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social, email, paid ads) to support business and recruitment goals.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of marketing assets including brochures, digital creatives, presentations, banners, and videos.
  • Lead content development for digital platforms and social media channels.
  • Use data and market intelligence to monitor brand performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with designers to create visuals and creatives that are brand-aligned, compelling, and platform-specific.
  • Manage external marketing and events partners and digital agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI is tracked and reported for all major activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing B2B brands in complex, global environments, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, campaign execution, multi-channel communication and digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams and collaborating across geographies and departments.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to translate technical offerings into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for tracking and reporting marketing metrics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategies with business goals and sales priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems, social media schedulers, and basic design tools is a plus.
  • Interest in sustainability, manufacturing, or energy-related industries will be an advantage.

Qualifications Required

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, or a postgraduate qualification in Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in in brand and marketing roles, ideally in a global B2B manufacturing, engineering or industrial setting.
  • Proven success in leading marketing initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience working within or managing remote/regional teams in a matrix organization.
