Brand and Marketing Manager

As a Brand & Marketing Manager at Rubans, you will play a crucial role in leading the brand building, storytelling, and marketing execution efforts across various channels. You will have the opportunity to shape the brand identity, positioning, and voice of Rubans, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our customers at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns on digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms. You will collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to develop compelling brand narratives, product stories, and campaign concepts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing content strategy and execution on social media, the website, and other marketing assets to drive brand engagement and awareness. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in brand and marketing roles within the fashion D2C industry. You should have a strong creative instinct, a keen eye for fashion trends, and the ability to translate strategic vision into operational plans effectively.
