We have recently launched the app and the web platform and currently have 100-200 sign-ups on a daily basis with over 20000 CXOs on our platform, well in line with our planned Target CXO userbase of 50k members in the next 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and manage the brand’s positioning, values, and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Designing and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.) to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Conducting research to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to drive online presence.
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging content that reflects the brand identity and supports marketing goals.
• Leading mentoring, and managing the marketing team and providing guidance on project execution, performance management, and professional development.
• Ensuring consistency in brand communication and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and initiatives.
• Lesioning with the tech for marketing analyse & sales team for market research.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 year of experience in Brand & Marketing domain, Preferable from startup (SaaS based)
• Ability to create and execute long-term brand and marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead marketing teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand’s story effectively across multiple platforms.
• Ability to interpret data from marketing campaigns and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects, timelines, and teams, ensuring timely and successful campaign execution.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive and innovative.

Qualification:

• A master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, advertising, or a related field.
