Branch Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Elite Direct sales team at the branch level
  • Drive premium and policy targets through Direct channel acquisition
  • Build and grow a strong customer base through direct sourcing
  • Ensure consistent annual business generation of 1.5 Cr+
  • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage Relationship Managers
  • Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion ratios
  • Ensure compliance, persistency, and quality business standards
  • Execute branch-level strategies to indicate growth and profitability

Candidate Profile (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in

    Life Insurance sales

  • At least 3 - 4 years of

    team handling experience

  • Must currently be working or have worked in

    Direct Channel only

  • Annual business generation of

    1.5 Cr+

    in current or last role
  • Candidates from

    Banca channel only profiles will not be considered

  • Must be a

    local candidate

    for Pune & Mumbai
  • Strong leadership, sales orientation, and people management skills
