Branch Manager Female (Sales Focused)

What Youll Do:

Drive revenue growth

achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Lead & inspire

manage, train, and motivate a high-performing branch team.

Upsell & cross-sell

promote Berkowits treatments, memberships & product offerings.

Delight clients

ensure every guest enjoys a world-class experience.

Build strong client relationships

handle VIP clients & ensure repeat business.

Oversee branch operations

maintain service quality, hygiene & company standards.

Execute marketing campaigns

collaborate for local promotions & events.

What Were Looking For:

Female candidates with 3+ years of proven sales experience

(beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality preferred).
Strong track record in

sales target achievement and business growth.

Excellent

leadership, communication & negotiation

skills.
Knowledge of CRM/POS tools and MS Office.

Customer-first attitude

with problem-solving abilities.
