Branch Manager

Objective:
To oversee and manage the complete operations, sales, and customer service of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and adherence to company policies and brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Management:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience with personalized service.Handle key and high-value customers professionally.Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.Team Supervision & Leadership:Lead, motivate, and monitor sales and support teams to maintain discipline and performance.Conduct regular team meetings and daily briefings.Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.Showroom Operations:Supervise day-to-day operations including billing, cash handling, and inventory management.Maintain showroom presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.Ensure all company SOPs for jewellery handling, display, and closing are strictly followed.Inventory & Coordination:Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock planning and replenishment.Track stock movement of gold, diamond, and silver items.Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.Reporting & Administration:Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.Ensure compliance with hallmarking, billing, and GST regulations.Oversee attendance, staff scheduling, and leave management.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsDeep understanding of jewellery types, designs, pricing, and purity standardsProven ability to manage retail operations efficientlyProficiency in Tally / ERP / MS ExcelStrong customer relationship managementQualifications & Experience:Graduate (Commerce or Business background preferred)Mandatory 7–10 years of experience in the jewellery industry with sound product knowledgePrior experience in handling a showroom or branch independentlySalary:As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and performance.
