Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, your role will involve overall handling of the branch, including sales and operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Efficiently managing student walk-in inquiries and Cold Calling - Handling the team of counselors - Looking after the P&L of the branch, operations, and petty cash - Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on a daily basis - Managing the complete student admission process from start to end - Assessing and optimizing student recruitment strategies by analyzing their effectiveness - Greeting and assisting prospective students by handling paperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls - Updating and scheduling upcoming batches, keeping all team members, trainers, and students informed - Meeting targets set by the Branch Manager - Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc. - Collecting feedback and reviews from the students - Working on maximizing the referrals Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in the education industry - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
