Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and service objectives to maximize revenue targets through various financial products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maximizing sales performance through liability products such as Current, Savings, and Term deposits, wealth management products, and asset-related products - Implementing effective Relationship Management strategies to acquire and retain customers, improve product per customer holding, and counter competition in the catchment area - Supporting new product launches and driving new sales initiatives - Ensuring employees are well-trained on all products and services, minimizing rejections and complaints - Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings and ensuring continuous improvement - Managing transaction volumes and migrating transactions to alternate channels - Ensuring compliance with all internal and external audits, Operations health documents, and timely submission of returns - Leading revenue generation and cost management efforts to achieve profitable growth - Implementing change initiatives and optimizing branch operations - Driving a strong performance culture, developing talents, and ensuring high employee engagement and satisfaction - Implementing segment initiatives and jointly owning segment objectives - Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures related to banking regulations and money laundering prevention - Managing premises and ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate/Post Graduate degree - 7-8 years of overall banking experience with knowledge in general banking, retail operations, credit operations, deposit and lending products - Leadership, communication, relationship building, and competitive awareness skills - Customer orientation and business focus Your skills and experience should include: - Knowledge of Anti-money Laundering Policies and Procedures - Ability to address customer needs, manage customer experience, and retain customers - Experience in investments and effective communications About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
