A degree in Mechanical with equivalent experience is desired for this role. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, project management abilities, construction engineering and technology knowledge, familiarity with manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies, as well as plant facilities management expertise are essential skill descriptors for this position. Troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring a safe working environment for subordinates are also key aspects of the role.
