Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Management: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals. Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience with personalized service. Handle key and high-value customers professionally. Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. Team Supervision & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor sales and support teams to maintain discipline and performance. Conduct regular team meetings and daily briefings. Identify training needs and coordinate staff development. Showroom Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations including billing, cash handling, and inventory management. Maintain showroom presentation, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure all company SOPs for jewellery handling, display, and closing are strictly followed. Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock planning and replenishment. Track stock movement of gold, diamond, and silver items. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate record-keeping. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Ensure compliance with hallmarking, billing, and GST regulations. Oversee attendance, staff scheduling, and leave management.
