Role Overview The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving all operational, sales, and administrative activities of the branch. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience : 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, Insurance sector or branch operations, with at least 7-8 years in a leadership role.
