Lead CASA, deposits, retail assets, insurance, and cross-sell targets.
Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution, and retention.
Oversee branch operations, audit, KYC/AML compliance, and risk controls.
Acquire and manage High Net Worth & key customer relationships.
Manage and mentor the branch team; drive productivity and performance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch functioning, cash operations, and administration.
Preferably from retail branch banking with strong local market knowledge.
Candidates with Serving notice period/ 30 days / immediate joinee will highly preferred.
