Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jaipur branch, ensuring smooth functioning. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining positive relationships. Implement strategies to retain customers and improve customer loyalty. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales figures, and customer feedback. Ensure proper documentation and filing of records, including bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience working in the tours and travel industry. In-depth knowledge of ticketing and visa services. Proven experience in sales and customer handling. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to understand and analyze market trends. Preference for candidates with local market knowledge and a network in Jaipur.
