Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the branch, including Sales, Operations Management, Customer Service Delivery, Regulatory Compliance, and Customer Retention. Your role will involve administering and controlling complete branch operations related to distribution activities, customer services, business development, and general administration. Additionally, you will be identifying and mitigating organization-wide risks, implementing corrective action plans for process improvement, mentoring teams for enhanced customer satisfaction, managing escalations and customer complaints/issues, exploring business potential and opportunities, conceptualizing competitive strategies for growth, appraising credit proposals, and reviewing financial statements and performance data. Key Responsibilities: - Managing end-to-end branch operations, including Sales, Operations Management, Customer Service Delivery, Regulatory Compliance, and Customer Retention - Administering and controlling branch operations related to distribution activities, customer services, business development, and general administration - Identifying and mitigating organization-wide risks; implementing corrective action plans for process improvement - Mentoring teams for enhanced customer satisfaction; supervising a team of 6 Team Members - Managing escalations and customer complaints/issues to provide on-time resolutions - Exploring business potential, opportunities & clients to secure profitable business volumes - Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for growth of liabilities portfolio and achievement of branch revenue & profitability targets - Appraising credit proposals & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning/disbursing credit - Reviewing financial statements, sales & other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement - Coordinating with other branches and headquarters to share effective practices, competitive & market intelligence Qualifications Required: - PG/Master's degree - Key skills required include BM, Branch Banking, Branch Banking Head, Branch Head, Branch Incharge, Branch Manager, and Retail Banking (Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partners) Company Description: Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
