Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive business targets for liabilities, assets, third-party products (insurance, mutual funds), and new customer acquisition.
Formulate and implement branch business plans to achieve monthly and annual goals.
Identify potential business opportunities and strengthen the branchs presence in the local market.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute localized sales campaigns and promotions.

Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve business and service goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and ensure staff development.
Foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
612 years
of banking experience with at least
3–5 years
in a branch leadership role.
Proven track record in business development, customer service, and team management.
