1) Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, exits,
2) Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
3) Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
4) Maintain and update employee information in HRMS.
5) Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, leave balance, etc.).
6) Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
7) Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet data for payroll inputs.
8) Assist employees with benefits-related queries (health insurance, reimbursements, etc.).
9) Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
10) Work on Retention / IJPs
BMS or MMS in Human Resource (Male Candidates will be preferred)
