Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard
anchor corporates, SME vendors, distributors, and dealers
for Supply Chain Finance programs.
Develop and manage
vendor finance, dealer finance, invoice discounting, and bill discounting
products.
Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless program execution.
Conduct
credit assessment
of SMEs including financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and risk evaluation.
Ensure timely
documentation, KYC, and compliance
as per RBI/NBFC guidelines.
Monitor portfolio performance, limit utilization, and overdue management.
Build long-term relationships with anchors and SME clients to drive repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and suggest product/process improvements.
Support audits, MIS reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance / Working Capital solutions
Knowledge of
SME lending, credit appraisal, and financial statements
Familiarity with
invoice discounting, TReDS, vendor/dealer financing
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Working knowledge of
RBI regulations and compliance
(for NBFCs/Banks)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
