Job Description

Position Overview

  • Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and followups.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and official communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and strategic decisions.

2. Operational & Administrative Coordination

  • Track and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and action items assigned by the MD.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal review.
  • Maintain documentation, approvals, and records as per NBFC compliance standards.

3. Business Support & Analysis

  • Support the MD in reviewing business performance, branch updates, and operational metrics.
  • Conduct basic research, data compilation, and preparation of business briefs.
  • Assist in preparing board meeting documents, investor decks, and management reports.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, partners, vendors, and senior leadership as required.
  • Ensure timely communication and followups across departments.

5. Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize leadership meetings, reviews, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely closure of action points.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the NBFC/Banking/Financial Services sector.
  • Experience supporting CXOlevel leaders is an added advantage.
