Job Description

As a Senior SAP FI (Invoicing & Cash) specialist, you will be responsible for delivery of business applications support services (incidents, changes, problems & system enhancements delivery)
Improving the core practices and documentation for SAP Finance (Invoicing & Cash) domain and related interfaces with partner systems.
Your focus will be the application support (Incident & Problem management, delivery of changes / configurations and enhancements) for the LDC live countries and guiding/up-skilling the other more-junior team members, ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and users are met.

Business skills:

Very good knowledge and business process understanding in SAP Finance domain: SAP AP (Invoices, Payments, Documents posting, Bank Statements, etc.) and SAP VIM (Vendor invoices management solution)
SAP users support experience
Experience working in large international companies and global teams

IT skills:

Strong experience in SAP IT application support and delivery in SAP Finance and system integration, including: incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, delivering system enhancements and working with ABAP Developers
Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces monitoring and set-up with other systems (iDocs/XML messages) - mandatory
S4 HANA & FIORI experience
Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP MM & SD) is a plus
Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA)
