Maintain and update records related to rental agreements, legal documents, and maintenance logs. Ensure all data is accurately captured and stored in Excel spreadsheets. Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management. Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Property Management, etc.) to gather and validate data. Ensure compliance with internal data management protocols. Perform data audits and rectify discrepancies. Assist in developing and improving MIS processes and reporting templates. Key Skills & Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.). Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles. Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive documents. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience handling rental, legal, or real estate data is an advantage. Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
