Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Credit Control

Key Responsibilities

• O2C Process Management

• Lead and manage the end-to-end O2C cycle including invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit control.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for B2B customers, aligned with contracts and SLAs.
  
• Oversee customer reconciliations and resolve disputes or discrepancies in coordination with Sales/Operations teams.
  

• Credit Control

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set/monitor credit limits.
  
• Review and approve new credit applications in line with company policy.
  
• Monitor overdue accounts, proactively follow up for payments, and reduce DSO.
  
• Drive collection efficiency while balancing customer relationship management.
  

• Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on receivables aging, collection status, and credit exposures for management review.
  
• Partner with auditors and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  

• Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team handling O2C and collections.
  
• Drive process excellence, automation, and standardization across the O2C function.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience:

  3+ years of experience in O2C, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of

  credit risk assessment, collections strategies, and O2C best practices

  .
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and MS Excel.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
