The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management for paint shops, powder coating systems, and CED coating systems. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in managing projects related to paint shops, powder coating systems, and CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) coating processes. Location: Pune, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the execution of paint shop projects, including installation of conveyorized systems, powder coating, and CED coating setups. Project Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful completion within scope and deadlines. Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project requirements. You will be responsible for providing clients with tailored surface coating solutions, building strong relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of products and services. Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales & Support: Provide expert technical guidance on surface coating products, processes, and systems, addressing customer requirements across various industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial equipment). Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, highlighting the benefits, features, and applications of surface coatings. In-depth knowledge of surface coating technologies Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of sales success and experience in handling customer relationships from lead generation to closing. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry standards and environmental regulations related to surface coatings. Experience with coating applications (e.g., powder coating, paint finish system, including formulation, application) Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative approach to sales and customer service. Travel Requirements : Frequent travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and installations. Ability to travel nationally and internationally, depending on the region or market. Travel will involve both planned and on-demand visits based on customer requirements.
