Job Description

A. MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all daily\/weekly\/monthly MIS reports across business functions.
  • Build and manage dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Analytics \/ Power BI (if applicable).
  • Consolidate data from Sales, CRM, Finance, Projects, Procurement, Admin, HR, and Marketing for management review.

Generate executive\-level reports such as:

  • Overall MIS summary for MD
  • Sales funnel report (Leads\Site Visits\Bookings\Collection)
  • CRM collection status & ageing report
  • Project status report (Work progress, BOQ, consumption, cost)
  • Procurement MIS (Approved BOQs, PO status, GRN, vendor payments)
  • Finance MIS (Revenue, Cost tracker, Cash flow summary)

Ensure every MIS report is accurate, timely, and audit\-friendly.
B. Data Collection, Validation & Accuracy

  • Collect raw data from different teams and verify for completeness and correctness.

Perform data validation checks such as:

  • Duplicate entry checks
  • Master data mismatch
  • Variance from previous weeks\/months
  • Missing approvals or missing documents
  • Maintain data hygiene across all MIS trackers and ERP\/CRM systems.
  • Ensure all project, sales, and finance data matches with system entries (Tally \/ Zoho \/ ERP).

C. Sales, CRM & Collection Analytics (Real Estate Focus)

  • Daily lead generation report (marketing source\-wise, campaign\-wise).
  • Sales performance dashboard (executive\-wise, project\-wise).
  • Site visits, follow\-ups, negotiation stage, and booking conversion analytics.

Customer payment tracking:

  • Due amount
  • Overdue ageing
  • PDC tracking
  • Milestone payment monitoring
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead\-t-conversion process and highlight action points.

D. Project & Procurement MIS (Real Estate Focus)

  • Track project progress (milestones, work\-done %).
  • BOQ vs actual consumption analysis.
  • Contractor bill tracking & verification support.
  • Material movement tracking (site\-t-site, vendor\-t-site).
  • Cost overrun analysis and budgeting deviation report.
  • Vendor payment cycle tracking (AP MIS) in coordination with Finance.

E. Finance & Cost Analytics

  • Monthly P&L & project profitability insights (in coordination with Finance).
  • Revenue recognition support based on POC (Percentage of Completion) method.
  • Cash inflow\/outflow summary for weekly review.
  • Budget vs actual cost tracking for all projects.
  • Expense segmentation: Land, Construction, Marketing, Admin, Overheads.
  • Prepare long\-term & short\-term forecasting models.

F. Automation, System Improvements & Reporting Efficiency

Build automated MIS models using formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and macros (if skilled).

Reduce manual work by creating templates and aut-calculation sheets.

Improve existing MIS structures to reduce time and errors.

Ensure proper document filing (digital & physical) for audit and management review.
G. Coordination & Cross\-Functional Support

Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Projects, Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to collect and verify data.

Provide data support for meetings, reviews, audits, and strategy presentations.

Serve as a single source of truth for all analytics & MIS requirements of management
Requirements Key Skills & Technical Competencies
Technical Skills

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, SUMIF\/SUMIFS, Dashboards, Power Query).

Good understanding of real estate sales process and project costing.

Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.

Experience with:

Tally \/ Zoho Books

CRM \/ ERP systems (Real Estate ERP preferred)

Zoho Analytics \/ Power BI (preferred)

Data visualization & dashboard design.

Knowledge of GST\/TDS basics (for financial MIS).
Soft Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong follow\-up skills.

Excellent communication \written & verbal.

Time management and ability to handle multiple MIS deadlines.

Problem\-solving and analytical thinking.

Confidentiality in handling financial and employee data.

Qualification & ExperienceEssential

B.Com \/ M.Com \/ BBA \/ MBA (Finance, Analytics, Operations).

3 \6 years of experience in MIS \/ Reporting \/ Analytics.
Preferred

Experience in Real Estate \/ Construction MIS.

Knowledge of CRM\/ERP used in real estate (like Tally ERP, Zoho, Buildsuperfast, etc)

Exposure to project analytics, sales funnel analytics, and cost analysis
