Job Description

  • Maintain and update records related to

    rental agreements, legal documents, and maintenance logs.

  • Ensure all data is accurately captured and stored in

    Excel spreadsheets.

  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Property Management, etc.) to gather and validate data.

  • Ensure compliance with internal data management protocols.

  • Perform data audits and rectify discrepancies.

  • Assist in developing and improving MIS processes and reporting templates.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Excel

    (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).

  • Minimum

    3

    years

    of experience in MIS or data management roles.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive documents.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience handling rental, legal, or real estate data is an advantage.

  • Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
