Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Bangalore (BLR)Experience: 23 YearsQualification: Any Graduation________________________________________Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 23 years of experience to manage data, generate reports, and support business decision-making through accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should be strong in data management, reporting, and analysis.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports• Collect, compile, and validate data from various departments• Analyze data and highlight trends, variances, and exceptions• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency• Develop dashboards and summary reports for management review• Track KPIs and performance metrics• Automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros (if applicable)• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies• Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders________________________________________Required Skills & Competencies:• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting• Experience in handling large data sets• High attention to detail and accuracy• Good communication and coordination skills• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
