Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update maintenance-related MIS data including work orders, equipment history, AMC schedules, downtime logs, asset lifecycle details, and vendor performance records.
  
• Prepare, track, and monitor

  Preventive Maintenance (PM)

  and

  Corrective Maintenance (CM)

  schedules and adherence reports.
• Generate and publish

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards

  on maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, service costs, asset uptime, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers, warehouse teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate data entry and timely closure of job requests.
  
• Develop and maintain trackers for spare parts consumption, warranty claims, asset utilization, and maintenance budgets.
  
• Support and manage data inputs for digital maintenance tools and systems (CMMS, Excel-based trackers, etc.).
  
• Analyse historical maintenance data to identify trends, risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with MIS and reporting standards.
  
• Assist in audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance operations.
  
• Act as the point of contact for MIS governance, report automation, and standardization of templates for the Maintenance function.

We Hope you have...

• 2-3 years of experience in an

  MIS / Operations / Maintenance MIS

  role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Excel

  (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Hands-on experience handling maintenance data such as PM/CM schedules, work orders, asset records, and downtime analysis.
  
• Basic understanding of maintenance KPIs like

  MTBF, MTTR, SLA compliance, and breakdown analysis

  .
• Experience working with maintenance teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Exposure to

  CMMS or digital maintenance tools

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
