Job Description

Position Overview :

What Youll Do

Maintain and update employee records, resource allocation, and other HR-related data in Excel/HRIS systems.
D
evelop and automate HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and HRMS software to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with HR Stakeholders and team to support them on Data related requirements.

Youre Good At

Paying strong attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Working efficiently under tight timelines and meeting deadlines.
Taking end-to-end ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.

Looking for candidates who are Freshers and have excellent communication and advance excel skills.
