Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and blueprints for warehouse structures including racking systems, loading docks, office spaces, utilities, and fire safety layouts.

Interpret architectural and engineering design plans and convert them into technical drawings.

Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

Revise and update designs as required during various stages of project development.

Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural engineering teams to ensure design integration.

Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and logistics-specific functional requirements.

Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all design iterations and project drawings.

Assist in site measurements and data collection when needed.

Support project teams during tendering, construction, and handover phases with updated drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in drafting for industrial or warehouse projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is a plus.

Understanding of warehouse operations, layouts (e.g., flow paths, racking, staging), and logistics facility requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with logistics park development or industrial real estate projects.

Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Knowledge of sustainable and efficient warehouse design practices (e.g., LEED standards, solar layout planning).
