Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing and Management:
Accurately process sales orders, track their status, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer data within CRM systems and other relevant platforms.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation to support their efforts.
Customer Inquiries:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordination:
Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and supply chain, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
Reporting:
Generate sales reports and provide data to help the sales team monitor progress towards their targets and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is beneficial.
Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
