Job Description

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and maintain
interactive dashboards
using Excel and other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting across departments.
Automate reports and processes using
Advanced Excel functions
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Identify data trends, variances, and insights to support business operations and management decisions.
Coordinate with different teams to gather data and understand reporting needs.
Maintain and update master data files, trackers, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5years of experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Macros).
Good understanding of
Data Analytics concepts
and visualization techniques.
Experience with
Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio
(preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
