Role & responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Transition

  • Lead client onboarding using SOPs/checklists.
  • Ensure smooth internal handovers with complete documentation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and deliver MIS/ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of COGS, sales, and payroll.
  • Analyze data trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain well-structured SharePoint data files for reporting accuracy.
  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.

Time & Priority Management

  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly tasks within deadlines.
  • Manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven MIS reporting experience.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
