1) Fleet (Trucks) - To install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including inspecting components before loading vehicles, diagnosing issues, replacing faulty parts, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring proper functionality of the unit.2) Provide customer service and addressing any emergency repairs that may arise.2) Weekly driver training in coordination with Carrier / Thermoking team and maintain unit Servicing Record.

Configure, install, and maintain IT systems.Collaborate with external vendors to resolve specialise IT issues.Keep a close watch on system performance to ensure there is optimization of system speeds and costs.Network, Server, Remote Support.

Monthly attendance and leave records management.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Maintain HR records, compensation, and benefits.Grievance escalation.Vendor Management, Contract Labour.Knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, PT.
