Branch Manager

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of the branch with a focus on CASA, including Sales, Operations Management, Customer Service Delivery, Regulatory Compliance, and Customer Retention. Administering and controlling complete branch operations related to distribution activities, customer services, business development, and general administration will be part of your core responsibilities. Identifying and mitigating organization-wide risks, implementing corrective action plans for process improvement by setting team-level strategic action plans, and operational standards will be crucial. You will be mentoring teams for enhanced customer satisfaction, supervising a team of 06 Team Members to optimize business operations. Managing escalations and customer complaints/issues to provide on-time and relevant resolutions is an essential aspect of the role. You will also be exploring business potential, opportunities & clients to secure profitable business volumes by networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts, and achieving profitability. Your role will involve conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for the growth of liabilities portfolio and achievement of branch revenue & profitability targets. Rendering sustained services to clients for high ROI, increasing retention level by achieving quality norms, and resolving their issues to attain high customer satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Appraising credit proposals & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing credit, undertaking quantitative & qualitative analysis of applicant requests for loans and lines of credit will also be part of your duties. Reviewing financial statements, sales & other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement will be essential. Coordinating with other branches and headquarters to share effective practices, competitive & market intelligence will also be a key responsibility.
