Role & responsibilities Oversee the branch's budget, expenses, and overall profitability. Track branch performance and prepare financial reports for the bank's Head Office. Foster strong relationships with clients and resolve escalated issues. Actively market the bank's offerings to customers and the community. Ensure smooth daily functioning of the branch. Hire, train, develop, and motivate branch employees. Create and implement business plans to meet sales goals and expand customer base. Make sure the branch adheres to banking regulations and internal policies. No need to sell Third Party Business (Insurance, Mutual Funds etc)
