Role Description

As a Branch Business Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and business activities at the Faridabad branch. This full-time, on-site role involves managing staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for onboarding agents, coordinating with financial institutions, fostering partnerships with real estate developers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Regular reporting on branch performance and ensuring adherence to company goals are critical parts of the role.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation
Knowledge of financial services, loan processing, and home banking products; experience in the home loan industry is advantageous
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and drive performance improvements
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using technology and data-driven platforms to track performance and outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a managerial position is a plus
