Job Title:

Position Purpose

The role involves leading a sales team to drive Enterprise Sales for Office Imaging Products and Solutions such as Copiers, Scanners, Multifunction Devices, Software Solutions, Managed Document Solutions (MDS), Network Surveillance Cameras, and related IT/office automation products.

Education

  • Graduate (B.E/B.Tech preferred)
  • PG Diploma in Sales Management / MBA preferred

Experience

  • 15 to 23 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Good to have:

    Experience in printer industry, office imaging, IT peripherals, telecom, or white goods

Key Responsibilities

Account Planning & Management

  • Understand customer business, assess potential, manage complaints & ensure deal closures
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with validated prospects
  • Develop account coverage plans with timelines across all stakeholders (including CIO level)
  • Allocate accounts/territory to the team for maximum efficiency

Operations Management

  • Manage customer visits and document feedback, challenges & opportunities
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers to address process/work-practice issues
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration

Team Management

  • Ensure each team member achieves planned tasks and business growth
  • Mentor and support new hires

Field Coaching & Development

  • Join customer visits with new hires/low performers
  • Support closure of large/MDS deals
  • Observe team performance at each sales cycle stage and create IDPs
  • Build competency for independent operational handling

Sales Process Management & Reporting

  • Review BI dashboards and metrics: call quantity/quality, coverage, prospect ratio, closures, post-order processing, business results
  • Ensure timely monthly reporting and adherence to sales processes

Physical Demands
