We are looking for a motivated BPO Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their queries.
Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Achieve individual and team performance targets as set by management.
Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Basic understanding of BPO processes and customer service principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
